2024-2026 Kidznotes Strategic Plan
We are excited that Kidznotes has approved our 2024-2026 Strategic Plan, designed to guide the organization's activities and growth over the next two years. This board-approved plan was shaped by a dedicated committee of board members, staff, and parents, with invaluable insights gathered from the Kidznotes community through surveys and interviews conducted by an external capacity-building organization.
As part of this process, we have refined our Mission and Vision statements and updated our Core Values to reflect our evolving goals and priorities. Together, these became the foundation for developing four Strategic Goals that will drive our programmatic, fundraising, and administrative efforts through 2026.
