Director of Instrumental Studies at Meredith College Dr. Jim Waddelow will lead an engaging workshop on best practices for leading youth music ensembles. Topics of discussion include effective rehearsal preparation, cultivating student leadership in your ensemble, and enhancing student listening skills during rehearsal. Professional development certificates are available at the conclusion of the workshop.
